How much is a 1942 dime worth?
It is in good conditon all words fully and clearly readable etchings on helmet vine and pillar deep it is circulated and there is a small W on the side with the helmet. PS: the two in 1942 is slightly deformed like it was etched over something hope that doesnt bring down the value thanks in advance.

my uncle has a dime from 1930 and its like 78 years old and all…so he was wondering if it was worth something? and i was looking on the internet..but i couldn’t find anything that said how much it would be or anything so yea..we were just wondering?

The edges are a bit chipped, but the face and back are in pretty good condition. It is a little tarnished as well.

On regular mercury dimes there is one side with a face and the other side with a hatchett or something right? I’m not a diem collector and i only know other mercury dimes from what I looked up but i couldn’t find anything about them with the same pic on both sides??
