Metal Detecting with Gibsondan/Silver Dime Park
I’m back at the park where I found 8 Mercury dimes in one hunt. This time I brought along my 15×12 sef butterfly coil. I used the big coil in the same area I already hunted with the Pro coil. I found one Mercury dime that I missed, a bunch of Wheaties and some modern coins. The stock Pro coil did a great job getting the silver on the last hunt. I’m sure there’s more silver hiding in that park.
I knew you would return to ‘Silver Dime Park’… lol.. I’d call in sick next day! That big coil really does the job. Nice dime and 14 wheats! Thanks!

Ha Ha. I Like the comments at the end. + I agree with what you said about the big coils. The only significant performance advantage is more coverage area. If they are deeper, it’s only an inch.

Great video dan!! The deepes tIve dug a target with my pro coil is 11 inches..the deepest with my 18×15 sef is 14 inches..In my soil I deff get more depth..Gotta have deep targets there to find them.Thx for the great video..HH
